Founded in 1983 by George Andrews, Skyton Developments is
a Parramatta-based operation with a multi-million
dollar property portfolio. Drawing on more than 20
years of building experience, Skyton ensures each
property lives up to the Skyton reputation for high
quality and unique design.
ARCHITECTS
Architects
approach each new project with the goal to achieve
a unique sense of place using both exterior
and interior design. Each building exterior strives to relate to its surroundings
and setting, taking full advantage of views, natural light
and air flow. The final construction is not only energy
efficient, but also enhances the value of the neighbourhood
with a unique design that will not go out of style.
Our
interiors are specifically designed for luxurious everyday
living. This translates into large, open rooms,
to spacious wardrobes to suit men’s and women’s
suits and to kitchens that are both beautiful and functional.
The Skyton team works together to provide the details of
comfort such as placing TV, power & gas-points, in
positions that are convenient & user friendly, or positioning
the dryer so that it is easy to transfer clothes from the
washing machine without having to close doors.
The final result combines innovative design with functional
detail to create stylish and comfortable living spaces.
QUALITY
The
Skyton philosophy is to create living spaces that stand
the test of time. We
prefer brick internals instead of Gyprock, thicker insulation,
and extensive sound-proofing to eliminate “creaks” and
outside noises, we put more into areas that cant be seen
such as water-proofing wiring & piping. While high
quality materials may be more expensive, our overall construction
is far more solid.
We
also spend more on the interior – on quality
finishes and finishing touches above and beyond the requirements.
We
build for the long term because we know that a good quality
development will pay for itself. In a depressed
market, the better quality property will also attract the
buyers & tenants.
However, it is not only a matter of sound investment,
but also of pride and personal satisfaction. |
