The new ring road & rapid transit on all the adjoining freeways and main thoroughfares adds to the city’s versatility on access to the north, west, east & southern regions. It is only 6 kms from Olympic Park at Home bush Bay and just 30 minutes to the base of the Blue Mountains.

Unless other wise stated the prices are for 2 adults. An additional $29 per person per night is payable for any extra guests. Children under 12 stay for free. Max of 3

Check in Time
1400hrs (2.00pm) NO check INS after 8pm unless previously arranged. We do not have an onsite reception after 5pm, Therefore an accurate arrangement will have to be made when booking to check in. There will be a $ 50 charge for check-ins after 07h30 pm

Check Out Time
10:00hrs (10.00am)

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel a booking you’ll only forfeit the 1st night rate on the respective apartment.

All our apartments are smoking free zones. (Smoking is permitted only on balcony)

No parties allowed.

A BOND is required when checking in. This is fully refundable once the keys are returned and the apartment is checked and no irregularities are found. We only accept visa or master card or cash. 1 Bedroom = $ 100, 2 Bedroom = $ 200 and a 3 bedroom we require a $300 bond. If your credit card is declined then there will be a bond of $ 500 in cash required.

Car parking:
Off street parking in our secure lock up basement with CCTV monitoring. Please be advised we have a car lift that will take you to your basement parking.

Things to See and Do
Parramatta is one of the most historical places in Australia with a rich collection of colonial buildings including Old Government house, The Dairy cottage along with the Tudor gatehouse, Governor Brisbane’s bathhouse and the Boer War Memorial.

More recently though Parramatta has become a thriving modern city with it becoming home to some of Australia’s biggest corporations and government agency. Parramatta is a shopper’s dream with one of the largest shopping centres in New South Wales along with its many specialist boutiques and fascinating arcades and Church street mall. You can also find plenty of restaurants and cafes to tempt you.

If you're willing to take a short drive you will find an abundance of things to do from Day trips to the Sydney CBD or to the world heritage listed Blue Mountains. We are only five minutes walk to the Parramatta train station / bus terminal. 10 minute walk to river ferry.
